Partnership for the Delaware Estuary and Schuylkill Action Network want students to help liven up the streets in our community with some street art!  Students grades K-12 are asked to create an original work of art, incorporating a storm drain, showing how we can all help keep the Schuylkill River clean.  For more information visit SchuylkillWaters.org.
